PhysioGraphic Australia Software Return Policy
  1. Should you need to return a product, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
  2. All returns must be pre-authorised by PhysioGraphic Software Australia. Refunds will not be made on unauthorised returns.
  3. Product not purchased directly from PhysioGraphic must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
  4. Returned products must be complete of ALL components (CD, manuals, software carton, etc.) that comprised the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-PhysioGraphic product / component returns.
  5. Returns in Australia must be received by PhysioGraphic within 35 days after the date the product is shipped. Returns to PhysioGraphic from locations outside Australia must be received by PhysioGraphic within 60 days after the date the product is shipped. If PhysioGraphic sends you the activation key, no refund is possible.
  6. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorisation # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. To receive an RMA, contact PhysioGraphic Australia on 1800 00 4301, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm AEST, or e-mail . You will be given the RMA # and the return address.
  7. PhysioGraphic suggests that you return the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system as PhysioGraphic will not make a refund until it receives the package.
  8. Upon receipt of an authorised return, PhysioGraphic will provide a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs.
  9. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the product was originally purchased. If you purchased the product by cheque, PhysioGraphic will send you a cheque. If you purchased by credit card, your account will be credited.
  10. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your refund to appear on your account.
