Subscriber only has a license to use the Copyrighted Material. MMG retains the copyright on all materials residing on this site in whatever form and from whatever source.

Only a Subscriber in good standing is authorized to use the Copyrighted Material and only for the following purposes:

1. On the Subscriber's website so long as use of or entry to said website is not the subject of any charge or other remuneration;
2. In presentations by the Subscriber for which the Subscriber is not receiving payment or other remuneration; and
3. In free printed handouts belonging to or distributed by the Subscriber.

The Subscriber understands and agrees that the Copyrighted Material is to be used only to educate consumers on various health topics. It is not to be used by the Subscriber or anyone else to provide or instruct on medical diagnosis or treatment.

No Copyrighted Material may be shared, resold, sub-licensed or included in any product designed for resale except with the written permission of MMG. No Copyrighted Material may be stored or cached on a Subscriber's server, hard drive or data disk.

The Subscriber may use the Copyrighted Material only while the Subscriber's account with MMG is in good standing. If the account is not in good standing, through termination, cancellation, non-payment, violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason, the Subscriber's license ceases and the Subscriber must cease all use of the Copyrighted Material and all printed documents containing the Copyrighted Material remaining in the control of the Subscriber must be destroyed.

The Copyrighted Material is compiled from a variety of sources. It may not be complete or current. It does not cover all diseases, physical conditions, ailments or treatments. The Copyrighted Material should not be relied upon to determine diagnosis or course of treatment and should not be used in place of an individual consultation, examination, visit or call with a physician or other qualified health care provider. By providing the Copyrighted Material, neither MMG nor those who provide the Copyrighted Material are directly or indirectly practicing medicine or dispensing medical services through this website.

The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold MMG and its employees, contractors, principals and contributors harmless from any legal action brought by any person or entity for any reason relating directly or indirectly from the Subscriber's use of the Copyrighted Material.
