currently practicing Osteopath. -
Be
training in or graduated from a recognised teaching Osteopathic Institution, University
or School or Academics and teaching staff concerned with the teaching and principles
of Osteopathy. -

Australian resident.
Domain names prefix in the www.osteopathy.com.au must:
Composition of Domain Names: Domain names must:

Be
at least 2 characters long; -
Contain
only letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and hyphens (-), or a combination of these; -
Start and
end with a number or a letter, not a hyphen; -
Not
contain hyphens in the third and fourth position (eg. ab--cd.com.au).
Domain Name Allocation:
- Domain
names are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. It is not possible
to pre-register or otherwise reserve a domain name.
Number of domain names:
- There
is no restriction on the number of domain names that may be licensed by a Practitioner.

An owner
of an Australian Registered Trade Mark directly connected to the Osteopathic profession;
or -
An
applicant for an Australian Registered Trade Mark directly connected to the Osteopathic
profession; or -
An
association incorporated in any Australian State or Territory directly connected
to the Osteopathic profession; or -
An
Australian commercial statutory body directly connected to the Osteopathic profession.
