PhysioGraphic allows you registering an unlimited number of daily activities. Instead of evaluating the patient on quantitative criteria, you may do so qualitatively. Let us take for example the level of ambulation.

Here we have defined five distinct levels of ambulation, ranging from normal ambulation to no-ambulation at all. Each of these levels are graded from 0 to 100. Why grading so important ? When generating reports, it will possible for the writer to insert diagram as the one shown below:
