Double-click on Evaluation/Treatment provided from the PhysioGraphic toolbar, and the dialog box shown next appears in your workspace.

To record all treatments made during an appointment, please do the following:

Select your date then click on New.

Select the treatment you have provided to your patient, then choose your options.

Record a note if desired.

Click on the Add Button

To remove a treatment from the list, please

select it from the list box, then

click on the remove button.

To modify a treatment already listed,

select it

modify it using controls located inside the treatment definition box.

 

All data recorded using this dialog box  may be printed in the modality sheet
