To enter the testing evaluation over muscles, you must double-click on Testing\Per muscle from the PhysioGraphic toolbar. The dialog box shown below appears right on your screen.

This dialog box allows you recording muscle testing into the patient folder for each impaired muscle. For a new record, you must click on the nervous root (C1, C2, C3...) to display the list of all muscles innervated from that root. If you see the muscle, select the evaluation date then click on the New button. To change the evaluation of a muscle, click on the evaluation itself to display the evaluation combobox (0, 1, 1+....5) and change the evaluation. As soon as a change has been made, it is automatically recorded into the patient folder
