One of the requirements when designing PhysioGraphic was to ease as much as possible the entries of evaluation into the patient folder, thus it will reduce the amount of text to be typed by the practitioner. Furthermore the report examiner is more attracted by colored diagrams than fastidious text. Once the patient folder is activated, from the PhysioGraphic toolbar, double-click on Range of motion\Current. The following dialog box pops up on the screen.

With this dialog box, the practitioner records range of motion evaluation. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Select the range of motion, 
2. Specify the date of the evaluation, 
3. Click on the new button. 
4. Move the cursor of the slider such that it will correspond to your evaluation. 

As soon as the cursor changes position, the evaluation is automatically recorded into the patient folder. To record the evaluation of the another range of motion, select it from the motion list box.

This dialog box is also used during the recording of the range of motion of spine.
