PhysioGraphic allows you printing a modality sheet based on the treatments you have provided to your patient. To do so, from the PhysioGraphic's toolbar, double click on Evaluation/Reports/Modality sheets. The dialog box below pops up on the screen:

Select the date boudaries then click on the Print button. PhysioGraphic will print the modality sheet.
