Exercise sheet |
Prior using the rehabilitation program, it is necessary to record your rehabilitation protocols. At the installation of PhysioGraphic, three protocols are provided: Pyramid, Delorme-Watkin, Zinovieff. Also you must register your equipment, because PhysioGraphic must pair each motion with an equipment, and select the closest weight available, closest to the 10 RM value.
So to print an exercise sheet, from the PhysioGraphic toolbar, double-click on Rehabilitation Program\Exercise List. The dialog box below pops up right over the workspace.

Once the rehab protocols and equipment defined, this dialog box above allows you publishing exercise sheet. You must select the protocol and adjust the 1 RM value (Or 10 RM if it is not the first session) for each motion you have to select
If it is not the first session, the 10 RM value is automatically calculated depending on what the patient achieved at his last session. If you adjust the weight’s scroll bar, you may notice that it is automatically adjusted to the equipment.
This entry must be performed for each impaired joint selected by the listbox.
One common mistake is to forget to specify the protocol or to badly record the 10 RM value, or mistakenly define the equipment (associated motions, and its weight table...)
Once the evaluation over, click on print button and PhysioGraphic will create a document window where you might read the exercise sheet, ready to be printed. Here's a sample exercise sheet:
