So double-click on "Diagram Insertion\Range of motion" from the PhysioGraphic toolbar, and the dialog box shown next pops up on the screen.

To insert either one or two diagrams, first select the joint with motion listbox. Then choose the evaluation dates of each diagram you wish to insert. Adjust the size if necessary, and if you want also the photo right beside the diagram, check the box Include photo used as reference. As soon as you have chosen your diagrams, click on Insert.

As desired, the diagrams are inserted at the caret position. Here's an example:
