The advantages of document management in the patient folder are:

No need to remember under which filename a document has been saved. Just inside a patient folder, you may have tens of documents. So imagine the number of filenames to remember for all patients. Hence PhysioGraphic relieves you from that painful task.

Automatic clean-up of diagrams when documents are deleted. There’s no clean-up when deleting a document from Windows’s explorer.

To open a document from the patient folder, first click on Folder in the PhysioGraphic toolbar if the active tab is labeled as either Clinic, Evaluation, or Report. Then double-click on the subtree Document to expand it.Then double-click Load document from patient folder. The dialog box shown below pops up on the screen
