In a patient folder are recorded all data regarding a patient, such as:

Evaluation performed during rehabilitation program.

Range of motion evaluation.

Testing evaluation. (Muscle and motions)

Sensitivity disorder evaluation.

Daily activities

Maximal strength.

Patient information. (Injury date, dominant side, last name...)

Set of documents saved such as medical report, assessments...

Before performing any operation such as evaluations and assessments, ensure that you have loaded the right patient. The last name and the patient ID are always shown just at the top of the PhysioGraphic toolbar, in the Active Folder group box.
