After numerous treatments, thousands of evaluations will be recorded into the patient folder. Sometimes it might happen that you need to delete one of the evaluations. To do so, first click on Folder in the PhysioGraphic toolbar if the active tab is labeled as either Clinic, Evaluation, or Report. Then double-click on Assessment list, and the dialog shown below pops up:

Select the undesired result then click on Remove button.
