PhysioGraphic (version 2.3) is bundled with two standard dictionaries: French and English. The one set by default is the English dictionary. To select a language by default, click on the"Main menu\Options\Dictionary\Languages" from the menu bar.

As you will know later on, you may create your own set of custom dictionaries to be used by PhysioGraphic to suggest words not listed in the standard dictionary. And you are free to enable them or not. But there is always only one language set by default in your active session of PhysioGraphic. So PhysioGraphic doesn’t support spell-checking of a document with more than one language.
