To add or remove custom dictionaries, first click on the menu item Main menu\Options\Dictionary\Other options.  The dialog box below appears right over the main frame of PhysioGraphic.

With this dialog box, you are free to add, remove, enable and disable dictionaries, as well as to remove and add words for each of these dictionaries.

To create a new dictionary, click on New Dict, and the dialog box shown below pops up on the screen.

Type the name of your dictionary, then click on Ok button
