Document template definition

Mass-producing document.

When you are sending the same letter to a group of people or in, it is much better to create one form letter known as a document template, and PhysioGraphic replaces specific expressions by those identifying the patient. A document template must be inserted at caret position. For example, if the template document is

"Hello <Patient_doctor>,

After receiving <Number_of_treatments> treatments, the state of <Patient_name> <Patient_lastname> remains steady."

So the inserted document becomes:

"Hello Dr Montagnais,

After 28 treatments, the state of Bill Smith remains steady."

As you may notice, PhysioGraphic leaves untouched paragraph and font formatting of the initial template document. So you will be able to edit physiotherapy report more efficiently.

The list of expressions recognized by PhysioGraphic is available in the floating menu when right-clicking the mouse’s button.

Furthermore, PhysioGraphic ignores the mix of uppercase and lowercase characters in the recognized expressions. Even if you write <Patient_NamE> or <Patient_NAME>, the application still replace it with the patient’s name. But such replacements are performed only if a patient folder has been activated. At last, you may have tables and sizzling graphics in your template documents. The entire set of expressions is available from the floating menu only when the mouse cursor flies over a document. So no memorizing is required.

   Better productivity for text processing.

Customization of your physiotherapy report that makes PhysioGraphic the best marketing tool.
