Floating menu

When the mouse cursor flies over the work area, right-click the mouse’s button to pop up a floating menu to speed up the most common operation. There are three distinct floating menus in PhysioGraphic. If your cursor is over a document window, a menu will appear as follows:

The submenu Special characters lets you inserting special characters not available on the keyboard at the point of insertion.

The submenu template expression gathers all expressions accepted by PhysioGraphic during expression substitutions: These expressions fall into two categories: patient’s identity, Clinic information. Document template will be studied in the subsequent chapters.

Characters... to modify the font, size, and the style of the selected text.

Paragraph... to modify the formatting of all selected paragraphs.

Attributes to modify the attributes of all selected cells within a table..The attributes for any specific cell are: alignment, distance of the text from the edge of a cell, line width, background color...

Print prints the active document.

Quit closes your PhysioGraphic application.

Therefore, if the cursor of your mouse flies elsewhere in the work space, and right-click the mouse’s button, the following floating menu will appear as follows:

This menu allows you toggling the state of each toolbar, that is either shown or hidden.

Finally if your cursor is above a misspelled word, PhysioGraphic suggests you a set of suggestions. If auto-correction enabled, misspelled words are crossed out.
