will I know the appointment is made?
- Immediate
confirmation will be given upon processing of the appointment
request. A reminder will be sent to you preceding the appointment
date. Your Service Provider's schedule will be updated in real
time so your appointment will be in their calendar book as soon
as you make it.
- What
happens if I am late or if I cannot attend the appointment?
- Changing
the appointment is allowed via the Internet up to a pre-determined
time before the appointment, after which, phone contact with the
Service Provider should be made.
- What
happens if my Service Providers are not using smartAPPOiNTTM?
- Send us an
email about the service provider you want to be using smartAPPOiNTTM
and next time when you visit them, tell them about smartAPPOiNTTM.
